(3) Anticoagulants (i.e. warfarin), barbiturates (i.e. phenobarbital), ethosuximide, lamotrigine, methylphenidate, primidone, tolbutamide, or tricyclic antidepressants (such as amitriptyline) because the risk of their side effects may be increased by taking this pill. (4) Do not use Clonazepam with this medicine because the risk of seizures may be increased. (5) The use of Topiramate with this tab, because the risk of high ammonium levels and brain problems may be increased.
